My new favorite!
After browsing a lot of vegan moisturizers, I ended up buying this one. The bottle came in a plastic wrapping, and I liked the pump lock they had installed. The lock would be useful to avoid leaking when traveling with the bottle. The mechanism is simple. You have to twist the pump to your left and press to release the product. You can turn it to your right to lock the pump. What made me purchase this one were the ingredients. It contains virgin king coconut oil, sandalwood, and liquorice. All three are known to be beneficial to the skin. There are no harsh chemicals used in this product. It's mentioned as an Ayurvedic Proprietary Medicine at the back of the bottle. Also, this product is suitable for all skin types. A few generous pumps of the product are sufficient for my use. My skin feels moisturized for hours, and it doesn't make the skin greasy after application. The absorption rate is fast too. When my palms are dry from hand washing and sanitizing, I apply some lotion, and my palms instantly feel soft again. I like the coconut fragrance this one offers. It’s mild and lingers for an hour. The closest I could relate the smell to is Britannia’s Nice Time biscuits. If you are doubtful about purchasing this lotion due to its aroma, you could try getting those biscuits to see if you like the smell. The smell of the sandalwood is very faint. It’s been a month since I started using this product, and a little more than a quarter of the bottle is over. It'll probably last another two months. This was my first purchase from Coco Soul, and I’m happy with it! This is an excellent choice if you need an everyday chemical-free body lotion at an affordable price.
