You actually need to read the manual for understanding the entire working of the iron other than that it is a really high power steam iron with quite a lot of usage scenarios. The delivery didn't look too convincing maybe i was given a package that was returned by someone since no official amazon packaging was used just the bajaj packet with amazon tape was delivered and the product itself has marks all over its body.

The only reason I am giving this 3 star rating because it's sole is not a good non-stick. The cloth got stick to the plate and I was not able to remove it. Got scratches on the plate which looks ugly now.

If you doesn't care of non-stick plate you can go for it. I am not sure about their service but product says it has 2yr replacement warranty. Also I see there are multiple 1 star rating saying plug does not fit the socket. I think that shouldn't be the reason for 1 star rating as they already mentioned that it is a 2000watt iron which 6a socket will not support. They also have mentioned it has 16a plug. There is no possibility of using 6a plug in this iron. Company has used that for a reason and clearly mentioned both in detail and product images.
