Returns and Exchanges policy of Stalkbuylove
1. What is the return/exchange policy?
NOTE: When a reverse pickup is arranged, a courier person will give you a call before the pickup happens for confirmation. Please attend their call because they need you to confirm the reverse pickup to avoid any errors.
2. I received a defective product, what do I do?
In the unlikely case that you are not happy with the product, or you have some size issues, just reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the order. You can call us at 011-40007000 or send an email at contact@stalkbuylove.com. Also, send us pictures of the defect at our email ID. Please mention your order number in the email or call, and we will send a courier person to pick up the product from you. You need to pack the product back in its original packing and seal it. Hand the packet over to the courier person and as soon as we have it back, we will do a quality check and refund the amount you paid.
3. What if the courier cannot do a reverse pickup in my area?
In case we cannot provide reverse pickup service in your area, and you need to exchange/return your product, please courier it to us at the following address:

We will refund your entire amount plus the amount you spent on the courier to your SBL account as store credit, which you can use to buy anything from the website.
4. How long does it take to process refunds?
We arrange reverse pickups in case of returns/refunds. As soon as we get the product back, which is usually 3-4 days after pickup, we refund the amount to your SBL account as store credit.
